Overview
Trinity organizes everyday living around an open central deck. Two high-cube wings and a shorter rear module form a U-shaped home with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and approximately 653 sq ft (60.7 m²) of conditioned interior space. This new modular design separates private rooms from the main gathering area.

Layout & Design
The west wing holds the primary bedroom, first bathroom, corridor, and laundry/mechanical area. The east wing brings living, dining, a galley kitchen, pantry, and rear utility entry together. Bedroom two occupies the rear module beside a bathroom accessible from both that bedroom and the west hall.
Both bedrooms have glazed outdoor sliders. A 12 ft (3.66 m) multi-slide glass wall opens the living area toward the 635 sq ft (59.0 m²) timber deck. A canopy measures 10 ft (3.05 m) by 19 ft 10 in (6.05 m).
Materials & Build Quality
The envelope uses closed-cell spray foam at the walls. Insulation values are R-21 for walls, R-38 for the roof, and R-19 for the floor.
Bathroom finishes include micro-cement walls, waterproofed wet areas, black fittings, and ducted exhaust. Sage-green slab cabinetry and white quartz counters give the kitchen a coordinated finish.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and the site-specific foundation. Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance for truck and crane access.
Allow a level, firm crane pad measuring 20 ft (6.10 m) by 30 ft (9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the set point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections before installation.
