Overview
The Augustine brings an open-plan studio interior to a single 40 ft (12.19 m) high-cube container. Built from a one-trip steel shell, this new home combines a dedicated kitchen, one bathroom, and an open living area. An enclosed bedroom conversion is available.

Layout & Design
The kitchen features soft-close blue-grey lower cabinets, floating upper cabinets, and butcher-block counters. A stainless farmhouse sink creates a practical preparation area without dividing the main living space into separate rooms.
The bathroom has a shower with a sliding glass door, a residential toilet, and a ceramic vessel sink. A vanity with shelving provides storage, while a ventilation fan serves the enclosed space.
A loft/bunk ladder is included.
Materials & Build Quality
The reinforced CorTen steel structure is paired with closed-cell spray-foam insulation. Insulation values are R-19 for the walls and an R-30 roof equivalent. Vinyl plank flooring provides a consistent interior finish.
Natural wood-plank walls and butcher-block counters are standard. Alternative finishes available on request. The exterior has a protective coating and a steel entry door. Exterior color options are sage green or charcoal.

Prepare a level, firm, well-drained site with an appropriate pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections.
Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance. Crane access requires a firm, level 20 × 30 ft (6.10 × 9.14 m) pad within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
