Our three-bedroom modular container home brings approximately 1,200 sq ft (111.5 m²) of conditioned living space to a two-story layout. Two full bathrooms, separate gathering areas, and generous outdoor spaces give daily routines and shared time their own room.

Layout & Design
The ground floor combines an open living and dining area with a modular kitchen and island bench. A guest bedroom and full bathroom share this level. Upstairs, the primary suite, third bedroom, second bathroom, and family lounge provide a distinct upper-floor retreat.
Sliding glass doors connect the upstairs lounge to an approximately 600 sq ft (55.7 m²) terrace. Steel-and-glass balustrades border this outdoor area, while a wide cantilevered canopy provides overhead coverage. A timber patio wraps around the ground-floor entrance.
Materials & Build Quality
A reinforced marine-grade steel frame uses bolt-together modular connections. Sandwich-panel walls incorporate closed-cell spray foam insulation, and double-glazed tempered glass serves the full-height openings. Hardwood-look timber flooring continues across both levels.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground. Pier pads or a level slab; no permanent foundation required where local code allows. Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance.
Provide a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections before installation.
