Question 1

Where is Lease Lane Containers located?

Accepted Answer

We are proudly headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, at 5832 Lease Ln, Ste B. While our roots are in NC, we manage a dedicated logistics network that allows us to deliver high-quality containers to customers across the entire contiguous United States.

Question 2

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We provide professional delivery services to all 48 contiguous states. Whether you are a local customer in North Carolina or located across the country, we deliver your container directly to your site and offload it with a crane.

Question 3

Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?

Accepted Answer

No. At Lease Lane Containers, the price you see at checkout is the final price for standard delivery. We do not charge extra standard fuel surcharges, arrival fees, or hidden logistics fees for deliveries within the Lower 48 states. Applicable sales tax may still apply where required.

Question 4

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

We offer free standard shipping on all container orders delivered within the Lower 48 states. Your checkout price already includes standard delivery, so there is no separate nationwide shipping charge for eligible orders.

Question 5

How long will it take for my container to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is about a week and a half after full payment is received. This covers your unit's quality inspection, scheduling and transit. Our driver will call you one day before delivery to confirm the time and your site.

Question 6

How is my container delivered and offloaded?

Accepted Answer

Every container arrives with a crane that offloads it and places it on your prepared site. There's no need for you to arrange a forklift or crane.

Question 7

What are the site requirements for delivery?

Accepted Answer

Surface: firm, level ground (concrete, gravel, or hard-packed earth). Access: clear, firm access for the delivery truck and crane next to the placement spot. Height: no low overhead wires or tree limbs over the placement area or crane working area. Our team will confirm your site details before dispatch.

Question 8

What is the difference between One-Trip, Used, and WWT containers?

Accepted Answer

One-Trip (New): These units have only carried cargo once and are in near-perfect condition. Wind & Watertight (WWT): Our most popular used grade. These are guaranteed to be weatherproof with functioning seals and no holes. Cargo Worthy (CW): Used units that are structurally sound and certified for international maritime shipping.

Question 9

What does "fully furnished" mean on your container homes?

Accepted Answer

Our homes come with built-in amenities: interior finishes, bathroom fit-out, kitchen fit-out (cabinetry, countertops, sink), electrical and plumbing. Loose furniture and appliances (e.g. beds, couches, tables, refrigerators, microwaves) are not included unless listed in your written quote.

Question 11
