About our site equipment
Site equipment covers the larger standalone items that keep a job site, yard or venue running: towable water bowsers, turnstile access units, container shelters, vending machines and similar equipment. These are not shipping containers and not small add-ons, so they sit in their own section to make them easy to find.
Each listing sets out what the unit is, its size, materials, power or water connections and what comes with it, with dimensions in feet and meters. Photos show the exact unit you are buying. In stock. Handling takes 1–3 business days, then free standard delivery to the Lower 48 takes 3–7 business days (about a week and a half in total). Expedited delivery is available for $450 per unit (2–5 business days transit). Sales tax is included and paid by Lease Lane Containers, and every order is covered by our 30-day return window. Site Equipment: common questions
All times start once full payment has been received and count business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- In-stock units: handling 1–3 business days. Standard: transit 3–7 business days, 4–10 business days in total (about a week and a half). Expedited: transit 2–5 business days, 3–8 business days in total.
- Assembled-to-order units: assembly and handling 5–7 business days. Standard: transit 5–8 business days, 10–15 business days in total (about 2½–3 weeks). Expedited: transit 2–5 business days, 7–12 business days in total.

Standard Delivery is free on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (Lower 48). Expedited Delivery (optional) costs $450 per unit for in-stock units. For assembled-to-order units, the expedited fee is a fixed amount set for each product from its size and build (from $450), shown on the product page, in the delivery calculator and at checkout before you pay. Both services include transit and crane offloading of your container. Remote or non-standard sites and locations outside the Lower 48 are quoted in writing before you pay.
Every container arrives with a crane that offloads it and places it on your prepared site. There's no need for you to arrange a forklift or crane.
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are unsatisfied with your container or find a structural defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective or incorrect units: $0 return cost.
- Change of Mind: Subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return freight for change-of-mind returns is arranged and paid by the customer. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Refunds: issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
