Shipping & Delivery Policy

Lease Lane Containers LLC offers free shipping on all our inventory, including 20ft and 40ft shipping containers delivered within the contiguous United States. This includes standard transit and crane off-loading as part of your order.

1. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all container orders.

• Transparency: Our free shipping offer includes the mobilization of specialized transport equipment and the professional crane offloading of your container at your site.
• Transparent Pricing: The price you see at checkout is the final price for standard delivery. We do not charge additional standard fuel surcharges or arrival fees.

2. Delivery Timeline

Your container is delivered about a week and a half after full payment is received. This time covers unit selection, our 5-point quality inspection, carrier scheduling and transit. Delivery is scheduled only after full payment has been received.

3. Driver Call-Ahead

Our driver will call you one day before delivery to confirm the arrival time and that your site is ready. Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and that you are reachable.

4. Crane Delivery & Offloading

Every container is delivered with a crane, which lifts the unit off the truck and places it on your prepared site. No forklift or crane is required on your end.

5. Delivery Site Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring the site meets the following criteria:

• Surface: Must be firm, level, and well-drained (concrete, gravel, or firm dry earth).
• Access: Clear, firm access for the delivery truck and crane to reach and set up beside the placement spot.
• Overhead: No low-hanging power lines or tree limbs over the placement area or the crane's working area.

If the site is not accessible or safe on the day of delivery, we'll work with you to reschedule.

6. Order Tracking & Communication

• Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your unit is assigned to a carrier. You can also check your order status on our Orders Tracking page.
• Driver call: one day before arrival (see section 3).

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within about a week and a half of full payment, transit may occasionally be affected by extreme weather, route limitations, or port congestion. If your delivery will take longer, our team will contact you directly with a status update.
