Layout & Design
A dedicated bedroom separates sleeping space from the open living area. The kitchen includes soft-close cabinetry, butcher-block countertops, floating shelves, and a stainless steel sink. Sliding barn doors and wood ceiling beams add distinctive interior details.
The bathroom combines a shower with a glass door, floating vanity, ceramic vessel sink, toilet, and ventilation fan.
Materials & Build Quality
The structure uses a heavy-gauge CorTen steel frame with additional steel reinforcement and a reinforced roof. Closed-cell spray foam insulates the walls and ceiling, while the floor has its own insulation system. Vinyl plank flooring and white shiplap complete the interior.

Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance for truck access. Crane access requires a level, firm 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m) pad within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
