Our new three-bedroom two-level container home combines approximately 1,000 sq ft (92.9 m²) of conditioned space with a private rooftop deck. Three bolt-together modules create two stories with distinct living and sleeping areas. White corrugated steel, cedar accents, and a black skillion roof give the exterior a contemporary finish.

Layout & Design
The ground level brings living, dining, and kitchen areas together around a quartz waterfall island. One bedroom and a full bathroom provide convenient downstairs accommodation.
An internal timber staircase leads to two additional bedrooms and the second full bathroom. The upper module steps back from the ground-floor footprint, creating a deck accessible directly from the upper landing. Black steel balustrades define this private outdoor space.
Materials & Build Quality
The structure uses a reinforced marine-grade steel container frame with bolt-together modular connections. Hardwood-look flooring extends across both levels. The pitched skillion roof incorporates concealed guttering.
Finishes, exterior colors, layout adjustments, and additional module bays are configurable.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground with pier pads or a level slab appropriate to the approved site design. Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance.
Maintain a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the placement point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits, professional installation, and licensed utility connections.
