Layout & Design
The floor plan includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and connected living and dining areas. Floating shelving adds built-in storage, while pocket doors preserve usable floor space.
The kitchen combines soft-close cabinetry, kitchen countertops, a farmhouse-style sink, a stainless faucet, and butcher-block shelving. The bathroom pairs a ceramic vanity and residential toilet with a composite tile shower enclosed by a sliding glass door.
Materials & Build Quality
The structure uses a heavy-gauge weathering-steel frame with additional steel reinforcement. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and an R-30 roof-equivalent value. Vinyl plank flooring and white shiplap walls create a clean, consistent interior. Alternative finishes available on request.

Prepare a level, firm, well-drained site and a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections.
Provide 80 ft (24.38 m) of approach access and 15 ft (4.57 m) of overhead clearance. Reserve a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft by 30 ft (6.10 m by 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the placement point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
