The approximate footprint is 40 ft × 16 ft × 9 ft 6 in (12.19 m × 4.88 m × 2.90 m), with approximately 480 sq ft (44.59 sq m) of space. New construction, finished interiors, and built-in storage create a practical setting for everyday living or guest accommodation.

Layout & Design
L-shaped layout (20 ft module joined at one end of the 40 ft module). An open kitchen, dining, and living area keeps shared activities connected while the enclosed bedrooms provide separation. Bedroom shelving, ceiling fans, and additional storage support an organized interior. Pocket doors add a considered detail to the floor plan.
Butcher-block countertops bring warmth to the kitchen. A rooftop deck, exterior cladding, and security shutters are available as upgrades.
Materials & Build Quality
Reinforced steel framing forms the structural base. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and R-30 equivalent roof insulation. An insulated subfloor adds comfort underfoot.
Vinyl plank flooring provides a consistent interior finish. A timber ceiling adds warmth to the interior. The bathroom combines a tiled shower, sliding glass shower doors, and a ceramic vanity sink. The 12,000 BTU ductless heat pump delivers heating and cooling with a 19 SEER rating.

Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance. Crane access requires a firm, level pad measuring 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
