Our new four-module container home brings three bedrooms and four bathrooms into a two-story layout. Approximately 1,740 sq ft (161.7 m²) of gross living area spans four high-cube modules and a glazed central entry core.

Layout & Design
Two wings each stack one module above another, with the entry and stair core linking the structure. The ground floor combines open living and dining areas with a kitchen, bedroom suite, full bathroom, laundry and utility room, and storage.
Upstairs, two bedroom suites, private bathrooms, walk-in closets, and a family lounge provide space to unwind. Balcony access extends upper-level living outdoors.
Materials & Build Quality
The structure uses a heavy-gauge weathering-steel frame with insulated wall, floor, and roof panels. Composite exterior cladding and a flat roof create a clean exterior profile. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and R-30 roof equivalent.
Standard interior finishes include painted drywall walls, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and quartz counters. Alternative finishes available on request. Dual-pane insulated glazing and an insulated steel entry door complete the openings.

Prepare a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation on firm, level, well-drained ground. Allow an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach, 12 ft (3.66 m) access width, and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance.
Provide a level 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m) crane pad within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the set point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits, modular assembly, and licensed utility connections.
