Layout & Design
Private sleeping spaces complement an open kitchen and living area. Soft-close cabinetry, floating butcher-block counters, and a stainless steel farmhouse sink give the kitchen a practical, carefully finished character.
Quartz counters, built-in bunks, security shutters, and a rooftop deck are available as upgrades.
Photos show the design in black/timber and a completed red build; exterior colour is chosen at order; rooftop deck is an available upgrade.
Materials & Build Quality
The structure combines reinforced CorTen steel with insulated wall, floor, and roof panels. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 walls and an R-30 roof equivalent. Painted drywall and a protective exterior coating complete the finish package. Shiplap is available on request. Alternative finishes available on request.
Two 12,000 BTU mini-split systems provide heating and cooling.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and a locally approved pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Arrange permits and licensed utility connections.
Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach, 12 ft (3.66 m) access width, and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance. Prepare a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 × 30 ft (6.10 × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the set point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
