Layout & Design
An open kitchen and living area forms the shared center of the home. The kitchen island provides additional work surface, while cabinetry keeps everyday essentials organized. Two separate bedrooms offer privacy alongside the shared gathering space.
Painted drywall walls and quartz counters create a clean, polished interior. Alternative finishes available on request.
Materials & Build Quality
A heavy-gauge weathering-steel frame and structural steel reinforcement form the core construction. Insulated wall, floor, and roof panels work with closed-cell spray foam, with R-19 walls and R-30 roof equivalent. Vinyl plank flooring completes the interior finish package.
Security shutters are optional rather than standard equipment.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections.
Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance. Prepare a level, firm crane pad measuring 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the placement point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange truck access, foundation preparation, and module connections before placement.
