Our new, three-module container home separates everyday living from the upstairs bedroom while adding an outdoor terrace. Approximately 528 sq ft (49.1 m²) of conditioned space spans two levels, with one bedroom and two full bathrooms. The rooftop terrace adds approximately 176 sq ft (16.4 m²) of outdoor space above the living room.

Layout & Design
The lower level provides approximately 352 sq ft (32.7 m²), arranged around an open living area, dining space with pendant lighting, and a modular kitchen. Soft-close cabinets, an integrated sink, and counter space create a practical cooking area. A full bathroom and separate utility bay also occupy this level.
Upstairs, approximately 176 sq ft (16.4 m²) accommodates the bedroom, built-in wardrobe, and second full bathroom. The bedroom opens directly to the terrace. An exterior straight steel staircase with 15 risers connects the levels; there is no interior staircase.
Materials & Build Quality
A galvanized steel frame connects with bolts, eliminating on-site welding for module assembly. Sandwich-panel walls incorporate closed-cell spray foam insulation. Magnesium oxide board forms the floor base, with wood-look and premium vinyl interior finishes.
Cedar-look cladding gives the exterior a warm appearance. Professional installation is recommended for the modular structure.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground with pier pads or a level slab appropriate to local requirements. Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 14 ft (4.27 m) overhead clearance. The crane pad must measure 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), sit within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the set point, and remain level and firm. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits, foundation work, and licensed utility connections before installation.
