Layout & Design
A separate bedroom provides privacy, while the main interior incorporates dining and seating areas, storage, and a kitchenette. Above, the flat roof includes a deck for outdoor relaxation without extending the home's ground-level footprint.
Natural wood and black exterior colors complement the wood-finish cladding. Painted drywall walls, LVP flooring, and quartz counters provide a clean interior finish. Floor-plan, color, and finish customization is available. Alternative finishes available on request.
Materials & Build Quality
Heavy-gauge weathering steel framing and insulated panels form the building system. Closed-cell spray foam provides thermal and sound insulation, with R-19 walls and R-30 equivalent at the roof.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Provide truck and crane access with an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance.
Prepare a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft by 30 ft (6.10 m by 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Obtain local permits and arrange licensed utility connections.
