Layout & Design
The layout includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, an open living area, and a kitchenette. Enclosed rooms have 8 ft (2.44 m) ceilings, while the double-height living area adds an open, spacious feel.
The module measures 40 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft 6 in (12.19 m × 2.44 m × 2.59 m). Overall height reaches up to 13 ft 2 in (4.01 m) with the loft roof. Colors, floor plans, and finishes are customizable.
Materials & Build Quality
The Corten steel module uses galvanized secondary framing and insulated floor and wall panels. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation, with R-30 roof insulation. An insulated sandwich-panel roof completes the shell.
The exterior combines black finishes and timber cladding. The interior is white. Painted drywall, LVP flooring, and quartz counters give the interior a clean, polished finish. Alternative finishes available on request. Security shutters are optional.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and an approved pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Allow an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 14 ft (4.27 m) overhead clearance.
Provide truck and crane access, including a level, firm crane pad measuring 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections.
