Our new expandable container home combines two bedrooms, a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a central living and dining area. It offers 385 sq ft (35.8 m²) of living space in a nominal 20 ft (6.10 m) single-module design.

Layout & Design
The expanded exterior measures 19 ft 4 in (5.89 m) long by 20 ft 8 in (6.30 m) wide by 8 ft 2 in (2.49 m) high. Two enclosed bedrooms keep sleeping areas separate from the main living space. The kitchen provides dedicated appliance spaces and connections. Appliances are not included.
A one-bedroom plus study layout is also available.
Materials & Build Quality
The steel frame receives an electrostatically applied protective finish and an anti-corrosion layer. Steel-composite wall and roof panels incorporate closed-cell spray foam insulation. Bamboo glue board beneath an SPC stone-plastic finish forms the flooring assembly.
The entry assembly combines a steel plate, aluminum frame, and fingerprint lock.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and confirm foundation requirements locally. Provide truck and crane access, an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach, and 14 ft (4.27 m) overhead clearance.
Provide a level, firm crane pad measuring 20 ft (6.10 m) by 30 ft (9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Obtain local permits and arrange licensed utility connections before occupancy.
