Overview
Give your next retail concept, café project, or event setup a distinctive container-based setting. This 20ft conversion combines a black steel exterior, customer-facing serving hatches, and a rooftop terrace reached by an exterior staircase. The open interior gives you room to plan the working space around your operation rather than an existing furniture arrangement.
The one-trip base container completed one overseas voyage. The conversion has an empty interior with no business equipment. Plan your operating fit-out around the items confirmed in your written quote.

Layout & Design
Two side serving hatches create separate customer-facing openings. A personnel door provides walk-in access, while the rear double doors offer another way into the container. Inside, the open floor area leaves the arrangement of service and display zones to your project.
Above the main enclosure, the rooftop terrace has metal perimeter railings and an exterior staircase. This creates a separate outdoor area without placing the stair inside the main working space. Confirm local permissions and rooftop occupancy requirements before planning public use.
Materials & Build Quality
The container shell uses corrosion-resistant Corten steel with a marine-grade plywood floor. Its corrugated exterior is finished in black, while the interior has a dark gray appearance. Metal railings border the roof area, and the external stair connects the ground-level entrance area with the terrace.
The container has rear door locking hardware and passive ventilation. Electrical, plumbing, insulation, and food-service ventilation details are confirmed in your written quote.
