Overview

Build your beverage or concession operation around a dedicated enclosed service space. This converted high cube container combines multiple customer-facing openings with a hinged personnel entrance. Its steel shell provides the structure for a bar, event concession, or retail service point, while the interior supports a range of commercial layouts.

The fit-out varies by selected configuration. Counters, cooler enclosure, electrical components, lighting, and ventilation are confirmed in your written quote so the finished layout matches your operation.

Layout & Design

Serving openings run along one side of the container, creating a clear customer-facing service elevation. A three-opening layout, lift-up shutters, and gas-strut supports are available depending on the selected build. Exterior counters can provide convenient handoff surfaces without moving customer traffic into the staff workspace.

Inside, configuration-dependent work counters establish preparation and service areas. An optional enclosed walk-in cooler creates a separate cold-storage zone. The personnel door provides staff access apart from the serving openings. A mustard-yellow entrance area with an interior counter and shelving is available depending on the selected configuration.

Materials & Build Quality

The converted shell uses Corten weathering steel with painted interior and exterior finishes. Flooring options include an epoxy-coated service floor and separate cooler flooring. Cooler wall panels and insulation vary with the selected specification.

Electrical options include a distribution panel, outlets, interior lighting, and dedicated equipment circuits. Wall-mounted ventilation components are also configuration dependent. Plan service connections around the electrical and ventilation details confirmed for your build.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground for placement. Keep the approach and placement area accessible to both the truck and crane, with no low overhead lines. Allow space around the entrance and serving side for staff movement and customer access.
