Overview
Bring customer service into a defined, compact space with this custom container kiosk from Lease Lane Containers. Built on a 20-foot container base, it combines a steel enclosure with insulation, integrated electrical wiring, and a customer-facing serving opening. The format supports retail sales, ticketing, event registration, and food or beverage concepts with the appropriate interior finishes.
This newly built conversion offers a dedicated workspace without committing to a conventional storefront layout. Its transportable container structure also allows relocation when your business location changes.

Layout & Design
The kiosk has a raised serving hatch, an interior counter, and wood-lined walls. The opening connects the work area to customers outside, while the counter provides a defined surface for transactions and service. A personnel door provides entry, and original cargo doors remain on the exterior.
The interior layout can be adapted around operational needs, including counter, shelving, and storage arrangements. Windows are configuration-dependent rather than a standard inclusion. Plan the final arrangement around staff movement, storage needs, and the service you intend to offer.
Materials & Build Quality
Corrugated Corten steel forms the structural enclosure. Reinforcement accommodates conversion openings, and an industrial corrosion-resistant primer and topcoat protect the exterior. The unit has a dark gray finish.
Insulation is installed in the walls, roof, and floor. Rigid-foam or spray-foam insulation options are available; the exact material depends on the build configuration. Flooring uses non-slip marine-grade plywood with a vinyl or aluminum plate finish. Heavy-duty locking hardware helps secure entry and service access points.
The installed electrical system includes a 110/240V AC panel with circuit breakers, prewired outlets, interior LED lighting, and exterior-rated outlets. Have a licensed electrician handle the site power connection.
