Overview

Bring customer service into a compact, enclosed workspace with this newly built concession conversion from Lease Lane Containers. Designed around a steel container, it combines a dedicated serving opening with separate staff access and an open interior. It is a practical starting point for concession sales, retail transactions, ticketing, or event operations where available space is limited.

The exterior measures 10 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft 6 in (3.048 m × 2.4384 m × 2.5908 m). That compact footprint gives you a defined business space without requiring a large installation area. The interior is supplied empty, leaving room to plan the fit-out around your products and workflow.

Layout & Design

A flip-up service window creates the customer-facing transaction point. Staff enter through a sliding glass door, while the retained double cargo doors at the rear provide another route for bringing in inventory and supplies. These separate openings let you plan customer interaction and loading around different sides of the unit.

The open workspace comes without counters or sinks. Position additional fixtures according to your operating needs rather than adapting your business to a fixed interior arrangement. For food or beverage use, plan the required fit-out and confirm local permitting before opening.

Materials & Build Quality

The enclosure uses weathering steel, also known as Corten steel. Its container construction provides a substantial shell for the converted commercial workspace. The rear cargo doors remain functional after conversion.

The installed electrical package includes interior lighting, outlets, and an exterior-mounted panel for connection to a compatible power source. Have a licensed electrician confirm the site connection and the requirements of your planned equipment.
