This custom bar conversion uses a steel container measuring 10 ft (3.048 m) long, creating a compact enclosure for beverage service, concessions, retail vending, or promotional activity. Its customer-facing hatch and built-in counter give staff a defined place to work and serve.

Layout & Design

A full-width side hatch connects the interior workspace with customers outside. Gas struts assist its movement when opening and closing. The timber counter forms the main service surface, while the space below offers room for operational supplies.

The photographed interior also shows a sink, metal shelving, and a light gray work area. These details complement the counter layout without prescribing a single business format. Lockable steel shutters close the serving opening when it is not in use.

Materials & Build Quality

Corrugated steel forms the container shell. Inside, insulation and plywood wall lining create a finished enclosure for daily service activities. The timber counter adds a contrasting material at the customer interface.

The electrical fit-out includes LED lighting, installed outlets, and an exterior power connection. Finish color is selected from customer choices or available finish options. Additional modifications can be discussed for a project-specific configuration rather than assumed as part of the base fit-out.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground for placement. Provide clear truck and crane access, with no low overhead lines along the approach or above the installation area. Leave working space around the serving side so the hatch can open and customers can approach the counter. Confirm local permitting and utility requirements before installation; use a licensed electrician for any hard-wired power connection.
