Overview

Layout & Design

An open interior gives you flexibility to arrange the space around your routine. Keep it dedicated to one activity or organize separate zones for work, exercise, and personal storage. Finished walls and ceiling create a neutral backdrop rather than an exposed cargo interior.

Original cargo doors remain part of the configuration. A separate personnel entrance is an optional customization. Photos show glazed entrance variations and rubber flooring; those details are not part of the stated standard package. Confirm your selected entrance and floor finish in your written quote.

Materials & Build Quality

The shell is high-tensile Corten steel. During conversion, the exterior is cleaned, surface rust is treated, and a protective coating is applied. Sealed seams help keep rain outside, while insulation in the walls and ceiling helps moderate indoor temperatures.

The plywood floor provides a base for a separately selected finish. Rubber matting, vinyl, or carpet tiles can tailor the surface to your intended activity. The cargo doors retain steel locking rods for securing the space when it is not occupied.
