This converted steel office canteen combines an insulated interior with reinforced access points and integrated electrical fittings. Its compact footprint suits construction sites, industrial properties, and auxiliary commercial spaces where a separate indoor room is useful.

The interior offers approx. 140–150 sq ft (13–14 m²) of space for a small workspace or staff canteen.

Layout & Design

The interior can accommodate separate work, kitchenette, or storage zones. Your layout is confirmed in your written quote. Canteen fittings include a sink and cabinets, with open floor space and small windows.

Interior finish variations include cream-colored walls, gray flooring, and wood-effect flooring. Exterior finishes range from dark gray to blue-gray, with a yellow entrance door and exterior security shutters. Your finish configuration is confirmed in your written quote.

Materials & Build Quality

The shell uses Corten weathering steel with a protective industrial coating. Heavy-duty cladding, reinforced door and window frames, secure locking hardware, and tamper-resistant fixtures support the unit's anti-vandal design.

Insulation is fitted to the walls, ceiling, and floor. Wall and ceiling insulation options include approx. 1.18–1.97 in (30–50 mm) polyurethane foam or mineral wool. Durable interior linings and commercial flooring make routine cleaning straightforward. Your insulation and floor finish are confirmed in your written quote.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground and leave sufficient access for both the truck and crane. Keep the approach and lifting area clear of low overhead lines. Confirm local permits before installation.

Have a licensed electrician assess the 32A, 400V three-phase inlet and 220V sockets for compatibility with your site's supply before connection.
