Overview

Create a defined place for site administration or staff breaks while keeping equipment in a separate storage section. This modified container combines an office or canteen area with partitioned storage, making practical use of a nominal 20 ft (6.10 m) footprint.

The layout suits projects that need both occupied space and accessible storage without placing everything in one open room. Interior finishes and service components vary by configuration, so your written quote should identify the selected fit-out.

Layout & Design

An internal partition divides the occupied area from the adjoining storage section. A steel personnel door provides everyday entry, while double cargo doors serve the storage area. This arrangement gives stored equipment its own access point rather than relying on the office entrance.

An internal connecting door is available in some configurations. Glass windows with external shutters can be incorporated into the occupied section. The photographed example has a dark gray exterior, a shuttered window, and wood-effect flooring inside the empty workspace.

The occupied section can serve as an office or canteen area; the partition separates that section from storage rather than establishing three independently enclosed rooms.

Materials & Build Quality

The shell uses Corten weathering steel and retains ISO corner castings. The exterior has a painted finish, with color choices available by configuration.

The office or canteen section can receive vinyl flooring and wall and ceiling lining. The storage section retains container flooring. These different finishes reflect the intended roles of the two areas: an occupied workspace alongside practical equipment storage.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground for placement. Provide clear truck and crane access, including sufficient working space around the intended position. Keep the approach and lifting area free of low overhead lines.

Plan access to both the personnel entrance and cargo doors. The buyer should confirm local permits and installation requirements before arranging the site layout and utility connections.
