Layout & Design

The unpartitioned layout leaves the interior available for flexible work zones rather than fixed rooms. The empty interior has white walls and gray flooring, creating a straightforward backdrop for your own arrangement.

Standard double doors sit at one end of the container. A side personnel door is an optional modification, not part of the standard configuration. Window placement, electrical distribution, and other fit-out details are confirmed in your written quote.

Materials & Build Quality

The structure uses corrosion-resistant Corten steel, with lockable steel doors for controlled access. Marine-grade plywood rests on steel crossmembers to form the floor assembly. The floor surface is gray.

The construction is weather-resistant. The final roof assembly and insulation package are confirmed in your written quote.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground before placement. Leave clear access for the delivery truck and crane, including adequate room to position the unit. Keep the approach and lifting area free of low overhead lines. The buyer should confirm local permits and intended-use requirements before installation.
