This modified shipping container combines a weathering steel shell with an insulated office interior. It is intended for stationary installation, making it a practical choice for an office beside an active jobsite, production area, or agricultural operation.

Layout & Design

The open-plan configuration keeps the interior adaptable. A steel personnel door provides everyday access, while glazed windows bring in daylight and give occupants a view outside. Window configurations may be sliding or fixed.

The product photos show white interior walls and gray wood-effect flooring. These neutral finishes give the workspace a clean, straightforward appearance. Outside, the green finish is paired with steel window shutters visible in the photos. The interior is shown empty, leaving the office arrangement to your requirements.

Materials & Build Quality

The structure uses weathering steel, also known as Corten steel. Both the walls and roof incorporate mineral wool insulation with a stated thickness of approx. 3.94 in (100 mm). Interior wall lining finishes the enclosed workspace.

Structural plywood supports the vinyl floor finish. The installed electrical package brings together a main distribution panel, electrical outlets, and LED interior lighting. Have a licensed electrician confirm the connection requirements for your installation. Forklift pockets are configuration-dependent and should be confirmed before planning handling around them.
