This 40ft office conversion brings an enclosed workspace to construction projects, commercial facilities, event sites, and remote operating locations. Its container-based structure separates office activities from the surrounding work area without requiring a conventional building layout.

The base is a non-operational refrigerated container repurposed for office use. It retains factory-installed R30 insulation and is offered as a used conversion, not a new container or a working refrigerated unit.

Layout & Design

Four windows bring natural light into the office, while security bars add protection at the window openings. A single steel personnel door provides everyday access. The door measures 36 in (91.44 cm) wide.

The photographed interior is empty, with dark flooring and ceiling lights. This leaves the workspace available for your own office arrangement. The exterior measures approx. 40 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft 6 in (12.19 m × 2.44 m × 2.59 m); these are overall dimensions, not usable interior measurements.

Materials & Build Quality

A steel container shell forms the exterior enclosure. The original refrigerated-container insulation remains part of the conversion, providing an insulated interior for office applications. Actual temperature control will depend on operating conditions and the climate-control setup.

Electrical infrastructure includes outlets, switches, conduit, and a breaker panel. The stated service is 125 amps, with a 230V single-phase power requirement. Have a licensed electrician assess the site supply and make the electrical connection.
