Our new Charcoal Haven combines a charcoal-gray exterior with a carefully arranged, single-story interior. One 40 ft (12.192 m) container provides approximately 284 sq ft (26.4 m²) of living area, with one rear bedroom, one bathroom and connected lounge and kitchen areas.

Layout & Design
Paired glazed doors open into the lounge, with another glazed entrance along the side. A galley kitchen leads toward the bathroom beside the passage and the private rear bedroom.
Dark cabinetry, pale counters, a light ceiling and wood-toned herringbone-pattern LVP flooring create a coordinated interior.
Materials & Build Quality
The Corten steel shell has corner posts and perimeter rails. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and R-30 roof insulation. A corrugated steel roof includes a vent.
Permit-ready documentation and drawing packages are available. PE-stamped drawings are available for an additional fee where your jurisdiction requires them.

Arrange locally engineered foundation supports on level, firm, well-drained ground. Provide an 80 ft (24.384 m) approach, 12 ft (3.658 m) access width and 14 ft (4.267 m) overhead clearance.
Prepare a level, firm 20 ft by 30 ft (6.096 m by 9.144 m) crane pad within 25 ft (7.620 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.096 m) from the lift path. Obtain local permits and arrange licensed utility connections before installation.
