Our new studio container villa brings everyday essentials into a single 40 ft (12.19 m) module. Approximately 320 sq ft (29.7 m²) accommodates an open living and sleeping area, a kitchenette, and one full bathroom. Its finished interior makes a compact personal residence, guest space, or retreat.

Layout & Design
The studio arrangement keeps the main room open rather than dividing it into separate bedrooms. A utility closet complements the living area, while the grey kitchenette groups storage, a sink, and preparation surfaces together. The charcoal exterior features double-glazed doors.
Optional changes include interior partitions, additional openings, exterior colors, decking, cladding, and extended awnings.
Materials & Build Quality
A Corten steel frame and steel-sheet roof pair with insulated wall, floor, and roof panels. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and R-30 equivalent roof insulation.
Herringbone wood-look flooring over a cement-board subfloor creates a clean interior foundation. Dark wall panels complete the standard finish. Alternative finishes available on request.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground with a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 14 ft (4.27 m) overhead clearance.
Provide a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft by 30 ft (6.10 m by 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections before placement.
