Our Cozy Cabin brings everyday comfort into a new, single-container home measuring 20 ft (6.10 m) long. Its steel shell surrounds an insulated interior with a living area, dedicated sleeping zone, kitchenette, and private bathroom.

Layout & Design
The kitchenette combines built-in storage and quartz preparation counters. The private bathroom provides a separate space for daily routines. Original container doors remain lockable for added protection.
Floor-plan, color, and finish customization are available. Painted drywall and LVP flooring give the interior a clean finish. Alternative finishes available on request.
Materials & Build Quality
A heavy-gauge CorTen steel frame and corrugated steel shell provide a durable exterior. Insulated wall, floor, and roof panels incorporate closed-cell spray foam with R-19 walls and an R-30 roof equivalent. Dark blue enamel gives the cabin an understated finish.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections.
Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach, 12 ft (3.66 m) access width, and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance. Crane access requires a level, firm 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m) pad within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
