Layout & Design
The open-plan studio brings living and sleeping space together without a separate bedroom. Built-in cabinets and quartz countertops keep the kitchenette organized. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink with vanity.
Customization choices cover the floor plan, exterior color, and interior finishes. Alternative finishes available on request.
Materials & Build Quality
A heavy-gauge CorTen steel frame surrounds insulated wall, floor, and roof panels. Included closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and R-30 roof insulation. Painted drywall, LVP flooring, and quartz counters create a clean, durable interior.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and an appropriate pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Provide truck and crane access with an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 14 ft (4.27 m) overhead clearance.
Provide a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections before placement.
