Our new 20 ft (6.10 m) high cube container home combines a space-saving studio layout with built-in comforts. A hydraulic Murphy bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and mini-split heating and cooling make it a practical guest retreat, workspace, or compact residence where local requirements allow.

Layout & Design
The built-in hydraulic Murphy bed folds away to free up daytime space. Mattress not included. Handmade kitchen cabinets and a drop-leaf breakfast bar provide practical built-in surfaces. The interior features a white kitchenette and a desk.
The home includes 1 full bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet. High cube exterior dimensions are 20 ft long by 8 ft wide by 9 ft 6 in high (6.10 × 2.44 × 2.90 m).
Materials & Build Quality
A heavy-gauge CorTen steel frame supports insulated wall, floor, and roof panels. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and R-30 roof insulation. LVP flooring completes the interior. The exterior is blue and black.
An insulated steel entry door and smart lock provide convenient keyless entry.

Reserve a level, firm crane pad measuring 20 × 30 ft (6.10 × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Obtain local permits and arrange licensed utility connections.
