The exterior measures 40 ft × 8 ft × 9 ft 6 in (12.19 m × 2.44 m × 2.90 m). Inside, 8 ft 10 in (2.69 m) ceilings give the compact layout a spacious feel.

Layout & Design
The rooftop deck includes safety railing and an exterior steel staircase.
The bedroom includes a built-in queen-size bed frame and custom storage cabinetry. A long kitchen and living area provides space for daily routines, with an L-shaped cabinet arrangement, folding counter, and open shelving. The white kitchen includes a range hood. Two pocket doors preserve circulation space.
The bathroom pairs a black-tiled shower with a vanity, medicine cabinet, and toilet.
Materials & Build Quality
The steel structure features closed-cell spray foam insulation rated R-19 / R-30 and vinyl flooring over a vapor barrier. Textured drywall walls and a white-painted shiplap ceiling complete the interior.

Prepare a level, firm, well-drained site with a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Allow an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance. Provide a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Obtain local permits and arrange licensed utility connections.
