Layout & Design

Two windows bring daylight into the office, while the personnel door provides everyday entry without opening the original cargo doors. The interior is empty, leaving space to arrange your own office furnishings and work equipment around the installed openings and electrical points.

The interior has paneled walls, recessed lighting, and an electrical panel. A measured floor plan and finished workspace area are confirmed in your written quote.

Materials & Build Quality

The office uses a corrugated steel shipping-container shell. This durable enclosure is paired with interior finishes intended for routine office use. The exterior is white with a black personnel door and dark window framing. Exterior color and interior finish vary by production configuration.

Multiple pre-installed outlets and LED illumination support everyday workspace needs. A 50-amp exterior connection provides the electrical supply point; the inlet has a protective weatherproof cover. Have a licensed electrician confirm the compatible supply and connection requirements at your property.
