Our new four-bedroom modular container home combines two levels of living space with a covered balcony and a finished interior. Approximately 960 sq ft (89.2 m²) of heated and cooled space accommodates everyday routines, shared meals, and private downtime without placing every activity on one floor.

Layout & Design
Two factory-built modules form the stacked layout, with one module per level. Each measures 31 ft 0 in (9.45 m) long by 15 ft 6 in (4.72 m) wide. Each floor provides approximately 480 sq ft (44.6 m²).
The plan includes four bedrooms, an open living area, dining space, storage areas, and an interior staircase. A full bathroom on each level supports convenient daily use. A covered veranda and balcony extend the layout outdoors. Floor plan, color, and finish customization is available.
Materials & Build Quality
Heavy-gauge CorTen steel framing supports insulated floor, wall, and roof panels with composite exterior finishes. Closed-cell spray foam provides thermal and acoustic insulation, with R-19 walls and R-30 equivalent roof insulation.
Standard interior finishes include painted drywall walls, LVP flooring, and quartz counters. Alternative finishes available on request. Security shutters are optional.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and an appropriately designed pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation for the stacked modules. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections.
Provide truck access with a 12 ft (3.66 m) width, 80 ft (24.38 m) approach, and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance. Prepare a level, firm crane pad measuring 20 ft by 30 ft (6.10 m by 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the placement point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
