One loft bedroom, one tiled bathroom with a vanity, glass shower and heated towel rail, and a galley kitchen create a compact residential layout with a dedicated sleeping area.
Floor plans, colors, and finishes can be customized upon request.
Materials & Build Quality
A heavy-gauge CorTen steel frame supports insulated wall, floor, and roof panels. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and R-30 roof equivalent. The exterior has a matte black, weather-resistant finish.
Standard interior finishes include painted drywall, LVP flooring, and quartz counters. Alternative finishes available on request. Security shutters are optional.

Prepare a level, firm, well-drained site with a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Provide truck and crane access with an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance.
Reserve a level, firm 20 ft by 30 ft (6.10 m by 9.14 m) crane pad within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the placement point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits, suitable access, foundation preparation, and licensed utility connections before installation.
