The Ezra is a new, single-container home with an open living area, a kitchenette, and 1 enclosed bathroom. Its 20 ft (6.10 m) length provides a compact footprint for a guest retreat, smaller residence, or dedicated workspace. The open-plan layout has no separate bedroom.

Layout & Design
Living and kitchenette functions share the main interior, while the bathroom provides privacy for daily routines. Soft-close cabinets, a kitchen countertop, a stainless sink, and a pull-down faucet keep the kitchen organized. A shower enclosure, toilet, ceramic sink, vanity, and ventilation fan serve the bathroom.
The exterior measures 20 ft (6.10 m) long by 8 ft (2.44 m) wide by 8 ft 6 in (2.59 m) high.
Photos show several finished builds; exterior colour, deck, awning, rooftop deck and spiral or straight stair are available upgrades.
Materials & Build Quality
A modified and reinforced one-trip Corten steel container forms the structure. Closed-cell spray foam insulates the walls, ceiling, and floor. Vinyl plank flooring and a painted exterior complete the finishes. White shiplap finishes the interior.
Insulation provides R-19 walls and an R-30 roof equivalent.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and a suitable pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Confirm local permits and arrange licensed utility connections.
Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 14 ft (4.27 m) overhead clearance. Allow a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft (6.10 m) by 30 ft (9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
