Materials & Build Quality
A heavy-gauge CorTen steel frame supports insulated wall, floor, and roof panels. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation, with R-30 insulation at the roof.
Painted drywall walls, LVP flooring, and quartz counters deliver a clean, durable interior. Alternative finishes available on request.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and an approved pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections.
Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 14 ft (4.27 m) overhead clearance. The crane pad must measure 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m), sit within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement, and remain level and firm. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path.
