Layout & Design

The office has two windows and a separate steel personnel entrance. Daylight reaches the interior through both windows, while exterior security bars add protection at those openings. The entry door measures 36 inches (91.44 cm) wide and provides everyday access without relying on cargo doors.

The photographed interior is open and unfurnished, leaving room to plan your own work arrangement. Overall exterior dimensions are approx. 20 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft 6 in (6.10 m × 2.44 m × 2.59 m). These measurements describe the outside of the unit, not the usable floor area.

Materials & Build Quality

The steel structure encloses an interior specified with minimum R-13 insulation. Interior lighting, electrical outlets, switches, conduit, and a breaker panel form the core electrical fit-out. The photographed exterior has a light beige-to-cream finish.

The electrical specifications list 125-amp service at the breaker panel and a separate 120V, 30-amp single-phase supply requirement. Have a licensed electrician confirm the connection requirements and reconcile these ratings before hookup.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground for placement. Provide adequate truck and crane access, with no low overhead lines along the approach or above the placement area.
