Layout & Design
The exterior measures 20 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft 6 in (6.10 m × 2.44 m × 2.59 m). The open-plan studio keeps living and sleeping space together. A small base cabinet with a sink and 2-burner black cooktop creates a practical preparation area.
The bathroom includes a toilet and pedestal vanity.
The mint-green exterior has one personnel door, three small windows, and end cargo doors.
Materials & Build Quality
A heavy-gauge CorTen steel frame supports insulated wall, floor, and roof panels. Weather-resistant enamel protects the exterior. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 walls and an R-30 roof equivalent.
Standard finishes include grey LVP flooring and white shiplap walls and ceiling. Alternative finishes available on request.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and an appropriate pier, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Allow an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach, 12 ft (3.66 m) access width, and 14 ft (4.27 m) overhead clearance.
Provide a level, firm 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 m × 9.14 m) crane pad within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Obtain local permits and arrange licensed utility connections.
