Our new 20 ft (6.10 m) container home pairs integrated water storage with a practical studio layout. A reinforced steel shell houses a galley kitchen, one full bathroom, and a flexible sleeping/living area. The integrated water tank supports remote-site water storage.

Layout & Design
The standard exterior measures 20 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft 6 in (6.10 × 2.44 × 2.59 m). The galley kitchen keeps the sink, cabinetry, and work surfaces within easy reach. The open studio area combines sleeping and living space.
An upper loft module is available on request. It measures 4 ft 6 in (1.37 m) high and can be customized for loft or storage use. The standard home has one module. Floor-plan, color, and finish customization are available.
Materials & Build Quality
A heavy-gauge CorTen steel frame, insulated wall, floor, and roof panels, and a weather-resistant exterior coating form a durable shell. Closed-cell spray foam provides R-19 wall insulation and R-30 roof equivalent.
Standard interior finishes include painted drywall, LVP flooring, and quartz counters. Alternative finishes available on request.

Prepare a level, firm, well-drained site with suitable piers, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance for truck access.
Reserve a level, firm 20 ft × 30 ft (6.10 × 9.14 m) crane pad within 25 ft (7.62 m) of placement. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections.
