Layout & Design
Clear interior dimensions are 19 ft 6 in (5.94 m) long, 7 ft 6 in (2.29 m) wide, and 8 ft 10 in (2.69 m) high. Double-leaf steel end doors open through 270 degrees. A separate double-leaf panel on the long wall provides equipment access.
A steel personnel door provides everyday access and includes a vision light, leaf louver, and perforated vent. Fixed full-height weather louvers with insect mesh support passive ventilation.
Materials & Build Quality
The steel shell has an industrial white enamel finish over zinc-rich primer inside and outside. Its marine-grade plywood deck rests on 4 in (10.16 cm) steel cross-members spaced at 12 in (30.48 cm) centers.

Prepare level, firm, well-drained ground and select an appropriate piers, slab, or ground-screw foundation. Provide an 80 ft (24.38 m) approach and 15 ft (4.57 m) overhead clearance for truck and crane access.
Reserve a firm, level crane pad measuring 20 ft by 30 ft (6.10 m by 9.14 m), within 25 ft (7.62 m) of the placement point. Keep power lines at least 20 ft (6.10 m) from the lift path. Arrange local permits and licensed utility connections for the planned build-out.
