Layout & Design

The open layout leaves room to organize a work zone without existing partitions dictating its use. The unit has a window, a steel entry door, and a wall-mounted heater. The side entrance gives personnel a separate access point while the original cargo doors remain part of the enclosure.

The exterior measures approx. 20 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft 6 in (6.10 m × 2.44 m × 2.59 m). This footprint can provide a distinct work area alongside a larger operation. Heating capacity, electrical details, and insulation specifications are confirmed in your written quote.

Materials & Build Quality

Corten steel forms the enclosure, with corrugated walls and a self-supporting steel frame. These materials provide a durable foundation for a workspace conversion. The floor is marine-grade plywood, and the double cargo doors use locking rods to secure the opening.

The gray exterior keeps the appearance understated. The enclosure is wind and watertight; the interior remains a shell for further workspace development.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground before placement. Leave adequate access for the delivery truck and crane, including room to position the container. Keep the approach and lifting area clear of low overhead lines. The buyer should confirm local permits and any requirements for the intended office use before installation.
