Overview

Give your team a dedicated space away from the active work area. This compact accommodation container combines an insulated enclosure with secure access and practical handling features. It suits temporary office, welfare, and personnel accommodation applications where a small, relocatable unit makes more sense than a permanent building.

The newly built custom unit uses Corten steel and includes standard ventilation. Its accommodation designation is non-CSC certified; it is not offered as a CSC-certified freight container.

Layout & Design

The compact format provides an empty, enclosed interior that can be configured around your project. Configurations include personnel access, cargo doors, and a shuttered window rather than a single fixed fit-out.

PVC shutter windows, electrical installation, heating, and upgraded flooring are available options. Choose the access and interior features in your written quote so the configuration matches how your team will use the space.

Materials & Build Quality

The Corten steel shell provides corrosion-resistant construction for outdoor settings. Insulation is included, while standard air vents provide passive ventilation.

A lock box adds protection at the locking point, and lockable access helps secure belongings inside. Forklift pockets support handling when the unit needs to move. Its stackable design also offers flexibility for transport and storage planning. Wooden or steel flooring is available, with the selected option included. Custom RAL finishes allow the exterior color to be specified.

What "fully furnished" means: Our homes come with built-in amenities: interior finishes, bathroom fit-out, kitchen fit-out (cabinetry, countertops, sink), electrical and plumbing. Loose furniture and appliances (e.g. beds, couches, tables, refrigerators, microwaves) are not included unless listed in your written quote.

Delivery & Site Preparation

Delivery: about a week and a half after full payment · Our driver calls you one day before arrival · Crane offloading and placement included.

Free standard delivery to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). Remote or non-standard delivery sites are quoted in writing before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground for placement. Keep the approach and unloading area accessible to both the delivery truck and crane, with no low overhead lines. Allow room around the entrance for everyday access and keep ventilation openings unobstructed. Plan any selected electrical installation with a licensed electrician before putting the unit into service.
