Overview
Make room for work, equipment, or organized storage in an insulated container workspace from Lease Lane Containers. Available in two nominal lengths—20 ft (6.096 m) and 40 ft (12.192 m)—this custom unit combines a steel container frame with insulation, installed electrical components, and a dedicated entry door.
The result is a practical enclosed space for commercial, agricultural, industrial, or construction settings. Insulation helps moderate temperature changes, while interior lighting and power connections support everyday use after connection to a suitable electrical supply. Active temperature control requires separately specified equipment; insulation alone does not maintain a set temperature.

Layout & Design
The interior is open and unfurnished, leaving room to plan your own working or storage arrangement. Ceiling lights illuminate the space, and wall outlets provide accessible connection points. Choose the shorter or longer configuration to suit your intended activities and available site space.
A manufactured steel entry door gives you a dedicated route into the workspace for regular use. Included locking hardware helps secure the interior when the unit is unattended. Plan equipment placement and circulation around the final dimensions of your selected configuration.
Materials & Build Quality
A steel container frame forms the structure. Polyurethane insulation covers the walls, roof, and floor, with a thickness of 100 mm (approx. 3.94 in). This coverage helps reduce temperature swings across the enclosure rather than insulating just the sidewalls.
Protective aluminum plate forms the exterior skin. Inside, food-grade thermoplastic lining creates a smooth surface that is practical to clean. The electrical installation includes a panel, lighting, and power connections, with supply options of 220 V / 380 V. Have a licensed electrician confirm the required supply and complete the site connection.
