Overview
Create a dedicated work area without starting with a conventional building. This compact container office combines a steel enclosure with a separate personnel entrance and a fixed window. It offers a practical starting point for a jobsite workspace, backyard studio, or staffed checkpoint.
This is an office shell, not a finished, serviced workspace. The interior is left open for electrical installation, insulation, and wall finishes chosen around your intended use. That makes it useful when you want to control the fit-out rather than work around an existing interior package.

Layout & Design
The side entrance gives you everyday access without opening the rear cargo doors. Those original double doors remain useful for bringing larger equipment and materials into the enclosure. Keeping both access points provides flexibility when arranging the interior and planning the unit's position on your property.
A fixed side window brings daylight into the space and provides a view outside. Bars across the window add protection. Because the window is fixed, plan ventilation separately as part of your fit-out. The empty interior lets you organize the space around work, supervision, or storage rather than a predetermined room arrangement.
Materials & Build Quality
Corrugated Corten steel walls and a steel frame form the enclosure. Weathering steel offers corrosion resistance for outdoor applications, while the installed plywood floor provides a solid surface for the next stage of interior work.
The exterior is light gray. A locking side-door handle controls daily entry, and integrated corner castings provide lifting points for handling. Dimensions and weights are approximate; confirm the unit's data plate before planning weight-dependent handling.
