Layout & Design
The deck measures 20 ft (6.10 m) long by 7 ft (2.13 m) wide. Its rear section tilts toward the ground for loading, while the front section remains stationary. A cam lock secures the deck for travel. The reverse dovetail and front bump rail round out the loading layout.
An integrated storage box provides a separate place for hauling essentials. Added D-rings offer securement points, and the flatbed spare mount provides a location for mounting a spare wheel.
Materials & Build
Pressure-treated wood forms the deck surface. The tongue, main frame, and tilt deck use 6 in (15.24 cm) channel, supported by 3 in (7.62 cm) formed-channel crossmembers. Fabricated hard fenders and a blue powder-coated finish complete the exterior.
Two cambered EZ Lube axles each carry a 7,000 lb (3,175 kg) rating and electric brakes. The electrical system includes a sealed modular wiring harness, LED lights, and an emergency break-away kit.
