This 40 ft (12.19 m) hydraulic tilt bed trailer gives equipment and container operators a loading surface that reaches the ground without separate ramps. Drive suitable machinery onto the lowered bed or use a separately provided winch to pull a load into position. A 12-volt pump powers the twin-cylinder lift to return the bed to its transport position.

Layout & Design

The rear of the treated pine deck is tapered for loading. Steel runners along the outer boards and angle guides at the floor edges help guide loads and protect the decking. Eight side-mounted winches provide cargo-tensioning points, while a winch plate provides a mounting location for a loading winch.

Materials & Build

The frame and neck use I-beam construction with channel crossmembers. Two axles, each rated at 10,000 lb (4,536 kg), carry dual wheels and electric brakes. Silver mod wheels, enamel paint, and a sealed wiring harness complete the build.
