Overview

Bring organized storage and a dedicated work area closer to your operations. This newly built 20-foot workshop conversion combines a protective steel enclosure with installed shelving for tools, replacement parts, and maintenance supplies. It provides a defined space for hands-on tasks without mixing workshop materials into other site storage.

The enclosed, insulated interior supports a practical workshop layout. Lockable access and weather-tight door seals help protect the contents when the workday ends. For construction, agricultural, and industrial settings, the format brings workspace and equipment storage together in one location.

Layout & Design

Built-in steel shelving gives smaller items a designated place while keeping the remaining floor area available for work and equipment movement. Double cargo doors at one end provide a broad access point for loading materials and larger items.

A separate personnel entry is optional. A roll-up entry configuration is also offered; the selected door arrangement is confirmed in your written quote. A workbench is available as an optional workspace configuration and is included only when confirmed in your written quote.

Materials & Build Quality

The enclosure uses corrugated structural steel with a corrosion-resistant construction. The anti-slip steel floor provides a practical surface for workshop activity. Insulation is included.

Integrated forklift pockets and corner castings provide handling points. These built-in features support moving the enclosure with appropriate equipment when site needs change. Weather-tight door seals and heavy-duty locking hardware complete the main cargo-door arrangement.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground for placement. Leave clear access for the delivery truck and crane, with enough room to position the unit at the intended location. Keep the approach and lifting area free of low overhead lines. Confirm local permitting requirements before installation, and use a licensed electrician for the site power connection.
